This is what I am currently eating in a day trying to get shredded for the summer! This cutting diet is going to help me lose body fat, in order to help get as shredded as possible. This diet consists of around 2400 calories per day and around 245g protein. All macros are at the end of the video. When counting macros for cutting you must ensure you are in a calorie deficit of around 300-800 calories depending on how aggressive you cut. A mini cut can be more aggressive than a longer lasting cut. I am not a specialist nutritionist and this diet is entirely what works well for me, but I do hope this can help some of you guys in anyway possible. Hope you enjoy the video!
