🚇 Doesn't benefit any commuters! The "express" train on Shenzhen Metro Line 6

Shenzhen Metro Line 6 was opened in August 2020 and the express service was introduced on 2023/11/20. The Line 6 express trains depart every hour from both terminals from 10am to 4pm and skip 5 stations. Line 6 is the same as Line 14, where there are no passing loops on Line 6. It is easy for express trains to catch up with the trains in front of it. As a result, express trains can only run a few minutes faster than local trains. Since the express only runs after the morning rush and before the evening rush, the benefit is very limited.

深圳地鐵6號線於2020年8月通車，並於2023年11月20日開設平日雙向快車，成為深圳第二條設有快車的地鐵路線。6號線大站快車於10-16時每隔一小時在路線兩端終點站開出，途中不停5個站。與14號線快車一樣，由於6號線沒有任何避讓設施，所以快車很容易追上前面的列車，導致快車只能快數分鐘，而且6號線快車只在上班高峰結束後至下班高峰開始前才有，受惠人數非常有限。
