Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon: Part 5: Talking Tikis in Molten Crater

Sunrise Spring's third regular level seems to be based on Hawaii, as it has a bunch of talking tikis at a volcanic site. The main eggjective is to pretty much clear out Molten Crater of all Rhynocs so that all of the tiki people that were sealed inside of the Tiki Lodge can be free and take back their land.

Then one of the tikis, Rocky, will take the exit portal back to Sunrise Spring to help you with the other friends pull down that hot air balloon. I wonder how he gets across the lake leading to there, though...

There are two sub-areas here. The first sub-area leads to a place where Supercharge paths make a comeback from Spyro 1 rather than using powerup pyramids like in Spyro 2. At first you must chase after a yellow Egg Thief on a deactivated path, then after getting that Egg, you'll have to get another one from a red Egg Thief, and this time the Supercharge path will be on, which affects BOTH of you. To get in this area to begin with, you have to pay Moneybags 300 Gems.

The second sub-area is sealed off for now, because it requires a character that I haven't saved and learned, yet. This Sgt. Byrd was captured by The Sorceress, but you'll be able to get him, later.

There are two Skill Points in this level, and each of them are in each sub-area. In the Egg Thief/Supercharge area, just find a cracked wall, break it down, and the get the 1-UP butterfly inside of it, and that will be your Skill Point. Easy.

The second Skill Point is in the Sgt. Byrd area, but since I can't go in there, yet, neither can I reach that Skill point.

There's one more level to go to complete the team that helps Spyro pull down the hot air balloon, but before I do that, I head to Mushroom Speedway first to get more treasure and dragons eggs for my skill.
