Metal clad sockets are very durable and are widely found in garages, warehouses and industrial units. In this video I replace a plastic pattress and plastic socket with a metal clad socket and steel conduit. When doing any electrical work, it is critical that the circuit is isolated correctly, which is why the safe isolation procedure was followed in this video.
