Yoga for when you feel overwhelmed or anxious | 20 min | beginner friendly

Hey everyone,
This weeks video is a short sequence for when you might be feeling overwhelmed or perhaps a little anxious.
We’re going to start by using a breathing technique called ‘box breath’ ~ something you can always return to anytime in your day when you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s a great one to have in your tool kit and always available to you any time of day in any situation.
We’ll then move slowly through a few simple poses, taking your head lower than your heart to sooth your nervous system and calm the mind. We’ll be finishing up in a tree pose to help cultivate an outer and inner stillness and focus.
So grab your mat, come reconnect & refocus with me in this simple beginner friendly sequence.
