Yoga for stress relief | 20 mins

Hello lovelies,
if you're feeling a little stressed then this is the practice for you.
In this short and simple 20 min practice, we'll start by grounding, do a few rounds of vishama vritti breathwork, and then take some movement with our breath.
We'll end in supported child's pose to feel cocooned and held, so bring a pillow or bolster to practice.
I hope you leave this practice feeling a little lighter.
Before you begin- I just want to gently remind you to take today's practice nice and slow, moving your bodies mindfully and softly with your breath.
YOU know your own body so if something doesn’t feel good for you, you can make adjustments or just come out of the pose and you can always come into a childs pose or savasana.
