Never Take This Road!!! Macks Canyon Part 1

We headed up to Mack's Canyon on Mt Charleston. I wasn't sure I was going to make it!! The road up the mountain and the gravel road up to the camping area were very taxing on my car and camper.

The road going up the mountain was very steep and my car was overheating. I pulled over and let her cool off for about half an hour and then continued up the mountain. The gravel road to the camping area was about 5 miles long and not very well maintained. There were huge potholes and some pretty steep inclines. It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't towing my house. My tiny home took a few good bumps.

Kandi's rig was not going to make it. Ren had to go down the mountain to meet her and tow her little red barn up to the camp spot.
