A new spot in the Alaska Range. Let's take a rip up into the foothills of the Alaska range to Chelatna Lake to visit with a friend before we go check out a couple of really cool spots. One of which is a spot I have only landed once and another that is a new spot to me.
Brown Bear is a spot I found quite some time ago. It sits at about 3500' on the side of a mountain. The landing surface is tundra covered in tussocks and shale, it is off camber and ruff.
Sultana is a new spot to me. This is an epic spot for sure and one of the coolest places I have been to this year. It sits at about 4000' in a wash out of an old drained, moraine-dammed lake. The landing surface is silt, it can be very muddy when the snow melts off and dusty after it has dried.
Fallow me here for more content and a more day to day look at what I am up to.
