डिप्रेशन के लक्षण -
दिन भर और खासकर सुबह के समय उदासी.
लगभग हर दिन थकावट और कमजोरी महसूस करना।
स्वयं को अयोग्य या दोषी मानना।
एकाग्र रहने तथा फैसले लेने में कठिनाई होना।
लगभग हर रोज़ बहुत अधिक या बहुत कम सोना।
सारी गतिविधियों में नीरसता आना।
बैचैनी या आलस्य महसूस होना।
अचानक से वजन बढ़ना या कम होना।

डिप्रेशन एक बहुत ही आम लेकिन गंभीर समस्या है जिससे बाहर आने के लिए व्यक्ति को चिकित्सकीय सहायता की ज़रूरत होती है।

डिप्रेशन के ईलाज के लिए सही जानकारी बहुत ज़रूरी है।
इस समस्या से निजात पाने में मनोचिकित्सकऔर मरीज के साथ–साथ उसके परिवार और दोस्तों का सहयोग बहुत ज़रूरी होता है।
