A fragrant and delicious crab curry was prepared by my Husband.
It is a great dish and esay seafood dish.
In my Opinion seafood curry are the best.
Hope you like it much as i do :)
Ingredients:
3 Blue Crabs, Cleaned, washed and cut.
Salt and pepper
fry and keep aside
Curry Base:
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp mustard seed
1 Tbsp cumin seed
Curry leaves
1 onion, diced
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp Fish masala powder Or any Curry Powder
1 1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
3 Tomatoes roughly chopped
Adjust Water on your liking
1 large potato, diced
salt to taste
black pepper
2 green Chillies, (Completely Optional)
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve Hot with Flat Bread, Naan or Rice !!!
