Atty Baldwin ACCUSES Mom of Unhinged & Manipulative Behaviour | “Abusive Use Of CONFLICT!”

Today, we have 13 hearings in the case of an extremely high-conflict couple, where we join the case as
they finalizing a temporary parenting plan. But, 9 months after that finalization Dad returns to motion the
court for Adequate-Cause to change that parenting plan, and this time he brought a lawyer.


He has a laundry list of claims against Mom that includes that she has a BF who has committed DV and
who doesn’t like children, that she’s told their child it will be his fault if her BF leaves, that she has pulled
the child out of school to travel, that she has shown up in Dad’s bedroom in the middle of the night and
scared his GF who has a restraining order against Mom, and many other accusations I don’t have time to
share.


Dad’s lawyer accuses Mom of “abusive use of conflict.”
