I demonstrate how straightforward much of the work is and outline the required tools and materials, describe some good practices while working, and note things to be careful of. This video comprises the second of two streams of this work, where I reassemble the instrument piece by piece, greasing the mechanisms and replacing or regluing a few peeling felts and corks where applicable. In an earlier video I took apart and cleaned the instrument, also oiling the bore.
The full process took about 7.5 hours, with an hour or more of which was because of describing the process or demonstrating things, and with about 2.5 hours worth of off-camera polishing work which happens between the two streams.
