A lot of people think that strength training will somehow make you bigger than hypertrophy training.
I completely understand where this logic came from, considering the "progressive overload" natty movement against steroid high volume training.
High volume brings results in both enhanced and in natural individuals, the only difference is in amount of volume and from what can YOU as an individual can recover.
