It’s not going to be a party, but it will be a celebration. A celebration of community, resistance to injustices, a celebration of the spirit of DEMOCRACY.
We are so proud to be coming together again, and this time we have a very special guest.
The legendary, yet down-to-earth Dolores Huerta, civil rights activist, community organizer, and co-founder of the United Farmworkers, will be our keynote speaker.
Prior to her keynote, we will have a group of dancers, and four other speakers; Dr. Blanca Sabbah, Vice-President of student services at Cabrillo College, Faris Sabbah, Santa Cruz County Superintendent of Schools, Desi Salinas-Holz, Pajaro Valley Unified School District Student Trustee, and U.S. Congressional representative of the18th District of California, including Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties, Zoe Lofgren.
Join us and let our unity be felt as we gather and raise our voices in unison!
