Another day, another ride into the hills! I love exploring the neighborhoods in the hills, and I think by now I've learned to expect the usual steep, twisty hills, especially when the neighborhood has the word, "Heights", in its name. On this ride, we go to Whitley Heights, and it sure lives up to the name. Situated just north of Hollywood, Whitley Heights was developed in the early 1900s with houses all in the Mediterranean style to match the climate of that area. Gorgeous houses, twisty streets, it was exactly what I was looking for.
