Hey everyone, today I'm bringing you a gentle stretch class which can be done seated either in bed or on your yoga mat, in the morning to wake up or before going to bed at night.
Sometimes you want to stretch but just don't want to stand up. This deep-stretching seated practice will target all the muscles groups without any weight-bearing exercises or standing up.
From spinal twists to hip openers and forward folds, they are all done sitting down.
Poses don't need to be complicated in order to be effective!
If you feel like taking it easy today, this is the perfect 30 minute class for you. Suitable for all levels and no props are required. If you're doing this in bed you can always use your blankets and pillows for extra comfort 😉
As always, remember to listen to your body and respect your limits.
