Beef Jerky on the Weber Smokey Mountain

I'll be the first to admit this is not my best!!! This video has been sitting unpublished for about a year... I cooked the jerky too hot a little too long and lets just say the smoker wasn't the only thing that got lit this day.... but a lot of you have been asking about jerky. Im going to redo this video at some point but for now here it is!!!
Jerky Recipe:
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients first they add Worcestershire and Soy. Fold meat into spice mixture and allow to marinade for at least 4 hours. Salt will pull water our of meet soak up with a towel and stir occasionally. Cook on smoker around 200-230 until meat is mostly dehydrated. time will vary based on thickness and outside conditions.
Spice Blend:
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Power
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
6 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Cayenne pepper ( to taste)
4 Tsp Liquid Smoke (only if doing in the oven)
