*FYI* Carosh provides training solutions to the County for HIPAA Compliance at a cost of approx $10,000 per year. In their report to the Board, only 2 departments in the County are at the 80% compliance rate. They detail what can be done to improve compliance and the Board made some suggestions back to the company as well.
