Hey Yogis & Welcome 💫
Thank you for deciding to join me today for this nourishing and inquisitive mindful practice.
This practice is inspired by an Oracle card pulled by the deck "Love Who You Are" By Angie Sullins. It is reminding us the importance of "me time". The value in slowing down and taking time for self and creating a sacred space for it. When we take time intentionally for ourselves it creates something called 'tenemos ' - a place one creates for themselves to better connected with self or the 'divine'.
Whatever that looks like for you, give yourself permission to step away from the productive doing nature we humans have a tendency to always be in and just be in intentional solitude. Take time by yourself to reflect on how you're doing and what you currently need.
Our slow flow practice will consist of a variety of gentle side bends and folds. A general full body stretch with a hint of strength in there.
Let this practice lead from a place of love and as always let it feel good.
