Today is a quick upper body push day with dumbbells for chest, shoulders and triceps (CST) Super-Set workout at home. 2 circuits x 3 exercises x 3 times. I use one pair of 10 lbs and 6 lbs dumbbells for today’s workout. All right, let’s start it now.
Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends. When you follow along with my workouts, you will get a strong and amazing shredded and toned body.
