On today's menu is the very popular very cheesy Korean Corn Cheese that is taking the restaurant scene by storm. You can find this simple dish at restaurants and bars. Bring this dish to a party, and I guarantee you will be talk of the party!
1 tbs butter
1 can of corn kernels drained and rinsed
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs sugar
Optional: a pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle cayenne pepper, chili powder
To make it fancy-
Optional: sprinkle bonito flakes right before you serve.
This recipe is for 1 can of corn,
double or triple as needed!
