Ingredients
For 20 servings:
To make the gulaman (jelly)
• 2 cups water
• 2 packets of gelatin powder (14 grams)
• ½ teaspoon mango flavoring
• 2 tablespoon sugar
To cook the SAGO (tiny tapioca pearls)
• 6 cups water
• 1 cup tiny tapioca pearls

Mango Puree
• 1 cup sliced mangoes
• ½ cup heavy whipping creamy or all-purpose cream
To assemble the Mango Jelly Sago
• 3 ripe mangoes, diced (reserve some for topping)
• 1 cup condensed milk
• 2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
• Mango puree
• Cooked Sago
• Jelly, cut into cubes
