Throwing Technique - Standing & Jump Shot U15 - Handballtraining Koprivica | Handball inspires

With the last step, top players in handball develop a lot of power for the standing or jump shot. Igor Koprivica from Asker SK Handball shows us a technique training for the two throws. He explicitly deals with the last step and gives his players many technique tips and explanations. He uses both feet for the last step and the element of bending while the standing shot. While with the jump shot 3 different throwing moments are trained: Throw at the jump, at the highest point and at the landing.
