This Beyond the Scope seminar will provide a brief introduction into the newly released version 4 of cryoSPARC and builds upon the previous talk “Introduction to Single Particle Data Analysis Using cryoSPARC”. In addition, a small negative stain data set will be analyzed – from importing images to building a low-resolution 3D model. The differences between negative stain and cryo-EM data processing will be discussed. The talk is intended for anyone new to processing data in the cryo-EM pipeline.
