Mount Pulag is Luzon's highest peak. It has an easy trek route so that's what we had in our day off. I used my recently overhauled Pentax ME Super with my new favorite lens, the SMC Pentax 28mm f2.8. I'm new to 28mm prime lens because I am used to 50ish mm lens because they are more readily available. This wide angle lens is very sharp despite having a scratch on the rear element.
I shot the Ultramax 400 at iso 200 but some of the photos at the summit are still underexposed. I learned that 1 stop overexpose is not enough for foggy/misty scenes. 2 stops overexpose is the safest way. I still love the final output though :)
The roll was developed at home using CineStill CS41 chemicals and scanned using Canon 6D with 100mm Macro USM. POV video as captured using Insta360 GO3.
