Jordan mansaf jameed liquid and yougurt

Hello everyone

Today I make munsaf rice recipe make

Jordan style food rice Mutton sauce recipe

method.....


heat 2 litter water in deep pot add

Mutton pes by onion and cardamon salt to

test boiling for 1hour

1 pot add jameed liquid and yougert

together mixvery well mix it till boiling

then add Mutton and Mutton stock

in the sauce

1 pot add oil add jasmin rice salt to test

and little turmeric powder till fry 2 mints

then add 2 litter water 5 mint boil then

very slow fire dum for 29 minutes

1 pot add oil add golden fry to almonds

all ready then serve in plate step by step

first plate add saj bread

jamine rice

Mutton pes and sauce

fry almonds

chopped paasly

now ready mansaf method

1kg mutton cut big size

2 pes onion

5 pes cardamon

salt to test

500 ml jameed liquid 500

500 gm yougert

1 kg Jasmine rice

littel bit turmeric powder

200 gm oil & ghee

saj bread 2 pes

paasly littel bit
