🔥 20 Minute Hero Arm Workout 🔥
This 20 minute hero arm workout focuses on building strength and muscle in your shoulders, biceps, and triceps. It’s a dumbbell home workout designed to fully fatigue your arms while maintaining good form and control.
You might notice I’m wearing a mask in this video. That’s intentional. The focus is not on me, but purely on the workout itself. This routine is for everyone, and you can follow along at your own pace.
This workout can be done at home with minimal equipment. I personally use two dumbbell sets: 8 kg (≈17.6 lbs) and 12.5 kg (≈27.5 lbs). Always adjust the weight and intensity to your own level.
