🔥 6 Minute Biceps Finisher 🔥
This 6 minute biceps finisher is designed to completely burn out your arms in a short amount of time. It’s perfect as a finisher at the end of your workout, but you can also turn this into a full workout by repeating it 3 to 4 times.
This routine can be done at home with minimal equipment. I personally use 5 kg dumbbells (≈10 lbs), but always adjust the weight to your own level and focus on controlled movements.
