Hi guys,

Sandhya here, in this short video I explain how to calm the mind using this 4 x 4 guided meditation breathe. This breathing exercise takes literally no time, and can be done anywhere.  You will be inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth with pursed lips.

Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.
Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of four.
