Ultra Violet Smokey Eye | Pantone Colour of the Year 2018

Hi Everyone! Today's tutorial was requested by one of my lovely subscribers (D Kelley). I'm showing you how to create this purple smokey eye inspired by the pantone colour of the year for 2018, Ultra Violet.
