Hi, in this video I will be explaining with detail about replacing lower control arms, both inner and outer tie rod ends, stabilizer bar links and driveaxle (spindle) nut on a Saturn Ion 2 2007. Please notice you can use this video as a reference for Saturn Ions from 2003 to 2007. The same procedures and torque specifications can be used for Chevrolet Cobalt around those years.
Here are the original GM part numbers of pieces that need replacement (recommended by manufacturer):
Suspension control arm bolt #11589341 and locking nut #11517996
Driveaxle (spindle) nut #22636597
Control arm to subframe (craddle) bolt #11589009
