In this video I interplant my tomato, basil and marigold plants between my garlic plants and onions. I built a pea support out of trellis netting and cover the bed on the outside with anti-rabbit netting. I then plant out one of my crown prince squash plants in my compost heap which I have recently filled with manure. I added a layer of compost, about 6 inches to the top of the heap so the roots of the squash don't get burnt by the fresh manure.
I also plant out some dwarf borlotti beans amongst my sweetcorn bed and two courgette plants in my unground bed surrounded by dahlias, snapdragons and foxgloves. I also plant out my dwarf sunflowers and Little Leo sunflowers.
In the home garden I plant out my Big Max Pumpkin and Atlantic Giant pumpkin. I show where one of my trees has codling moth and how I cut out the stems to avoid my apples getting eaten. I prune the grapevine in the front garden to encourage the grapes which are on there to grow larger.
