Pot Roast Ingredients:
Chuck Roast 3-4 lbs
Big onion 1
Garlic cloves 4-5
Rosemary a small handful
Thyme a small handful
Bay leaf 1
Chicken broth 2-3 cups (homemade recommended; see videos 2 weeks ago)
Red wine 1/2 - 1 cup (I added half cup)
Carrots 4
Potatoes (little yellow type) 1 bag
Celery or peas (up to you)
Fish sauce 2 tsp
Salt
Pepper
300 ℉ for 3-4 hours in total
