This Triyoga flows sequence is targeting deep innner core strength and our fire element.
Strong core muscles are also important for everyone but also for athletes, such as runners.
Weak core muscles can lead to back and digestive problems, more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening core muscles includes different exercises to reach all the different layers of our core. Have fun.
