Get ready for a full-body burn with this BIIT (Barre Intensity Interval Training) workout! You’ll go through 12 exercises designed to strengthen your arms, core, back, and more. We’ll move through 3 circuits—each with 4 exercises—starting with an EHR (Elevated Heart Rate) movement followed by 3 strength-focused exercises to gradually lower your heart rate. I’ll be using a variety of equipment, but everything can be done with just your body weight. Follow my cues for proper form and breathing, and drop a comment to let me know how you feel after!
