Hello my little fairies 🌟
I'm still working on a video about my illustrations for stationery, and it's taking quite a bit of time. In the meantime, I wanted to share a few glimpses of a summer afternoon - morning with you.
I decided to make tomato juice (the recipe is very simple and I’m leaving it below) along with one of the ways I look for inspiration for my creations.
(Apparently, I was the only one who didn’t know about this recipe... it seems like the whole world knew about it except me!)
I hope you’ll enjoy this short and somewhat spontaneous video!
See you soon with the next video on YouTube - it’s going to be full of greens.
P.S. In this video, the book I'm reading is "The Art of Idleness" by Hermann Hesse.
🍅Tomato Juice – Simple Homemade Recipe🍅
Ingredients:
4–5 ripe tomatoes
A pinch of salt (optional)
A pinch of black pepper (optional)
A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
A few basil leaves or celery stalk for garnish (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1) Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
2) Place them in a blender and blend until they become smooth.
3) Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the seeds and skin (optional, if you prefer a smoother juice).
4) Put the mixture in the refrigerator and wait for 3 hours
5) Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
You can also add a few drops of lemon juice for extra freshness.
In many recipes, steps 4 and 5 are reversed. You can choose the one you prefere :)
Serve cold, with a basil leaf or a celery stick if you like.
Enjoy❣️
