This is a Sunday workout where I focused on the Dominick Cruz "bump" as coined by BJJScout in the linked video. I believe this footwork is next level. Watching his mma fights, commentators talk about how different and unique his style of footwork is, and they are so right. This is just a regular day of training so there is a mix of exercises. We got a big bag of tennis balls in the gym so I've been doing some things with them. They are a great way to warm up.
