Part of my martial arts philosophy is to take anything of value from all styles. These are some Judo movement warm ups to condition the body for ground mobility. In system they may call it combat acrobatics. These are very basic exercises that would be good starters for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training since shrimping and hip mobility are so important. In Kendo they believe second to being able to see is foot work, and your ability to move well. Fighters like Conor McGregor and Dominick Cruz are great examples of sophisticated movement.
