10-Year Giant Hernia to Normal Life: Transversus Abdominis Release (TAR) & Mesh Repair

Even after undergoing surgery at another hospital, Mr. Zahid Mehraj from Srinagar lived for years with a massive abdominal wall defect that left him in pain and unable to walk freely.

His condition had worsened to a 20–25 cm hernia with significant muscle loss, making surgery extremely complex and high-risk.
