Equipment: Reformer and your body!

Stretch:
3 Red springs (3 Heavy springs)
Seated cat cow stretch
Spinal Twist

Warm up:
3 Red Springs (3 heavy springs)
Heels
Leg press, legs in parallel, heels on foot bar
Add half way pulse
Hold half way 10sec
Pulse halfway 10 sec
Toes
Heels lifted, leg press in parallel
Calf raises
Alternating Calf raises and Leg presses
Prancing Stretch

1 Red spring (1 heavy spring)
Arms in straps
Straight arm press (plough)
Add Single leg extension
Add crunches
Hold crunch, continue leg extensions
10sec hold to finish

Body:
1 Red spring (1 heavy spring)
Lunges
Lunges with hands on Foot Bar
Remove hands
Add heel raise in standing
Scooters
Hold lunge scooter back leg
Take hands off football for challenge

1 Blue spring (1 Medium spring)
Offerings
Add High/low kneel
Flys
Small openings
Progress to larger openings
High kneel for challenge
Hold and pulse

1 Red spring (1 heavy spring)
Other side Lunges and Scooters

Warm Down:
1 Red and 1 Blue Spring (1Heavy and 1 Medium spring)
Windscreen wiper knee stretch
Legs In Straps:
Lift and lowers
Circles each direction
