$10,000 Pizza Dough [Made Out Of Beer] 💰

This is the dough that I used in Hulu’s Best in Dough and it scored me a $10k prize!

Here’s the dough recipe I used for the show:

1 can of lager (I used Budweiser in the video)
455g flour (in the video i used Caputo Super Nuvola, but you can use bread flour)
12g salt
2.3g instant yeast
2.3g olive oil

Mix beer, flour, and yeast. Add salt to top. Rest 10 minutes. Knead in salt and oil using either the slap method (on a table) or the Rubaud method (in a bowl). Rest 20 minutes. Split and ball into either 2 or 3 doughs depending on preference or on your pizza stone size. Three 270g doughs will give you 12” pizzas.

Store the dough balls in lightly oiled containers or on a baking sheet, covered.
