Today we are sharing with you what we prepped for lunch for our large plant based family of 7 as we attend a farmer's market as vendors!
Yes, we own a small business and we have recently started attending more farmer's markets selling our skincare in person and we love the experience!
We figured it would be interesting to share what we bring to our event to keep the family fed and happy.

Recipes - We don't measure much in our home cooking but here's a guide for what we made to help you:

Potato Salad Dressing:
Blend 1 cup of organic hemp seeds, 1/2 cup water, 2-3 tbsp oil, salt, onion powder, lemon juice, 2 tbsp mustard and a drizzle of agave. Adjust liquid levels to your liking by adding more or less water. Blend until smooth!

Curried Chickpea Salad Dressing:
Blend 1 cup of organic hemp seeds, 1/2 cup water, 2-3 tbsp oil, salt, onion powder, lemon juice, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp garam masala. Adjust liquid levels to your liking by adding more or less water. Blend until smooth!
