Part 3 of Needle Felt Magic shows how we can create a wool picture with 2D needle felt wool art of Sea and Sky. Layering small amounts of wool roving onto a base of acrylic felt just as if we were painting with wool. This beautiful seascape is really coming along, using small scraps of fabric, a tatted doily yarns and threads to create clouds and crashing waves.
