Ingredients:
Filling:
250g grated coconut (3½ cup)
300g palm sugar (1 cup)
150g cooked mung bean (1¼ cup)
80g roasted peanuts (ground)(1/2 cup)
20ml water
1/2 tsp salt
Dough:
200g glutinous rice flour (1½ cup) (×2)
50g thick coconut milk (×2)
120ml water (×2)
Note: if you want to use all the filling you have to make double dough (×2)
