Half of the batter is mixed with instant cocoa powder , poured over the light batter, and gently marbled. Before baking, crispy walnuts flakes are sprinkled on top – a true cocoa powder-walnuts dream!
No scale needed, super easy, and perfect for spontaneous coffee breaks
ingredients:
egg 3
sugar 1 cup
a pinch of salt
a little vanilla
mix until become creamy
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
add the flour in two part
pour half of the batter into another bowel
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
20 CM baking dish
walnuts flakes
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes
