Hi,大家好!今天的视频是一个非常好的瘦腿燃脂运动,只要10分钟,就能有效做到臀腿塑形,紧实腿部肌肉的同时,收胯显腿长,加强全身曲线塑造。V Position这个Barre和普拉提里的经典动作,不仅仅能在无器械的情况下纤腿,训练到大腿内外侧的肌肉,还能适合孕期和产后恢复运动的妈妈们。
作为Yoga Alliance认证的瑜伽老师和执照数年的Barre健身教练,我也想和大家分享我既专业又结合个人经历的运动技巧和建议。生完宝宝之后恢复本来就很辛苦,我把经验教程分享出来就是希望你们的恢复可以很顺利,新手友好又有难度增加的选择,无论你是刚生完没多久的妈妈,还是修复了很久,甚至没有怀孕过,都可以一起练习的!

Let’s flow into compass together! I didn’t plan out any sequence for this one and just explored and experimented with how intuitively and intelligently our bodies could formulate its self-expression. No designation. No judgment. No expectations. No goals even.
I love how it feels to just listen attentively to the innate feelings.

Let the practice take its own form, and trust the process enough to let it take you where you belong.

Don’t second guess yourself. Don’t question your path. Don’t give in to self-doubt: Am I doing this right? Am I looking good? So on and so forth.
Focus on the present moment and how you’re inspired by this very second of breath.
You’re essentially perfect where you are.

When I was looking back at the vid, I realized a certain pattern in how I was subconsciously emphasizing on strength building around legs and hips. My body was probably craving that atm. It really is a strong power vinyasa flow that gets your heart rate up quick.

To me flowing in the kitchen instead of a studio is kinda the norm right now. I actually don’t mind if at all. Hope you enjoy your home practice too 😉!
