We need to build a 109 fuselage, so we'll need the jig back from storage.
The second video of reinstating the 109 fuselage jig for use. The jig employs blocks, that are also used to form four of the skins, as holding fixtures whilst the three intermediate skins are fabricated and fitted between them.
After mounting them they are then trued up (made vertical) and aligned with each other with the use of plumb lines.
