Recaro Seat Foam/Fabric Swap and Cleanup For My 2003 Evo 8

I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8 with 247,000 miles and the driver seat has always looked kinda rough.
I recently purchased a used set of Recaro seats and I wanted to see if it was possible to swap the foam and fabric from the used passenger side Recaro seat I bought and install it onto the driver side seat frame.
Once I realized it was possible, I decided to install the foam and fabric from the original driver seat onto the used passenger seat so I’d have a full set of seats to sell if I wanted. Unfortunately I didn’t film the seat teardown because I didn’t really know if it would be possible to swap the foam and fabric and didn’t want to waste time filming if it wasn’t something I was 100% sure would work.
I also decided to clean the worn fabric from my original driver seat after installing it onto the passenger seat frame.
It came out better than expected!
