Glute Workout Breakdown:
RDL - 4 Sets 8-12 reps
Hip Thrusts - 5 Sets 4-12 reps
Leg Press - 4 Sets 8-12 reps
Barbell Bulgarian Split Squats 4 sets 10-12 reps
Glute Extensions 3 Sets 15 Reps
