Today we visit Heydi at his Winery, Possa, in Cinque Terre. His family has been making Wine in Cinque Terre for 750 years. He restarted making an ancient and traditional wine called Sciacchetrà, in a wine cellar that is 674 Years Old. In 2018, it won best passito wine in Italy. It also won best natural wine for 2025.
